Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Get quick answers to the most common questions about Bee Transformed Coaching — how we work, who we help, and what you can expect on your transformation journey.
1. What does B.E.E. Transformed Coaching offer?
B.E.E. Transformed Coaching helps high-achieving women navigate seasons of change, transition, and rediscovery without losing themselves in the process.
Our work focuses on identity, confidence, clarity, self-trust, and intentional action. Through private coaching, group coaching experiences, and practical tools for reflection and growth, we create space for you to understand where you are, reconnect with what matters to you, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.
2. Who is B.E.E. Transformed Coaching for?
B.E.E. Transformed is for the woman who looks like she has it all together on the outside while privately feeling depleted, disconnected, stuck, or uncertain about what comes next. You may be navigating a major life transition, questioning your career, rebuilding after a relationship ends, adjusting to a new season of motherhood or family life, or simply realizing you’ve spent so much time showing up for everyone else that you’ve lost touch with yourself.
You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from coaching.
3. What if my life looks fine from the outside?
Then you may be exactly the woman who needs this conversation.
You can be successful, responsible, accomplished, and deeply loved, and still feel disconnected from yourself.
Not every transition comes with a crisis. Sometimes everything looks fine on paper, but something inside you keeps asking: “Is this really how I want to keep living?”
You don’t have to wait until everything falls apart before you give yourself permission to pause, take a closer look, and decide what you want for yourself.
4. Is coaching therapy or counseling?
No. Coaching and therapy serve different purposes.
Therapy generally focuses on mental health, emotional healing, and treating psychological concerns. Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented, helping you explore where you are, where you want to go, and what may be getting in the way.
B.E.E. Transformed Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical care. If you need clinical or mental health support, we encourage you to work with an appropriately licensed professional.
5. What if I don't know exactly what's wrong or what I want?
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.
You may simply know that something feels off. You might feel restless, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unlike yourself without knowing exactly why. That’s a place coaching can begin. Together, we can create space to understand what’s happening, identify what matters to you now, and begin clarifying what you want next.
6. What can coaching actually help me change?
Coaching isn’t about promising a particular outcome. Your transformation depends on what you bring to the process and the choices you make along the way. You won’t be handed a formula for how you should live your life. Instead, you’ll be supported in asking better questions, challenging what may be keeping you stuck, and making intentional choices.
Through coaching, you may begin to:
- Understand yourself and your needs more clearly
- Rebuild trust in your own voice and decisions
- Make choices with greater confidence
- Stop constantly putting yourself last
- Set boundaries that support the life you actually want
- Move through transitions with greater clarity
- Reconnect with interests, goals, and parts of yourself you’ve neglected
- Turn reflection into meaningful action
The goal isn’t simply to feel better for an hour. It’s to begin showing up differently in your actual life.
7. How is B.E.E. Transformed different from other coaching?
A lot of coaching focuses primarily on what you need to build next. Our work also asks: What have you lost touch with along the way?
B.E.E. Transformed works with high-achieving women who have often spent years achieving, caring, performing, and holding everything together. Through the PHOENIX Framework, we create space to pause, acknowledge what’s happening, reconnect with your identity and power, clarify what comes next, and move toward it with intention.
This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about reclaiming the parts of yourself you’ve been leaving behind.
8. What is the PHOENIX Framework?
The PHOENIX Framework is the signature framework that guides our coaching work: a structured process for moving through seasons of change, from awareness and reflection to clarity, empowerment, vision, and action.
- Pause and acknowledge
- Heal and release
- Own your story
- Embrace your power
- Navigate forward
- Ignite your vision
- eXecute with bold action
Rather than rushing you toward the next version of yourself, the framework gives you space to understand where you are, reclaim what matters, and intentionally decide where you want to go from here.
9. What if I'm used to figuring everything out on my own?
You’re probably very good at it. That’s part of why you may be here.
High-achieving women are often very capable of solving problems, making decisions, and taking care of everyone else. But being capable of handling everything doesn’t mean you have to do all of your inner work alone. Coaching gives you dedicated space to step outside the noise and focus on you.
10. How do I know if coaching is actually working?
Progress doesn’t always look dramatic. Sometimes it looks like finally making a decision you’ve been avoiding. Sometimes it’s recognizing a pattern sooner, or saying no without spending three days feeling guilty. Sometimes it’s realizing you actually want something again, or simply hearing your own voice more clearly.
Coaching is working when the insight you’re gaining begins to change how you think, choose, communicate, and show up in your life.
11. Should I choose private coaching or group coaching?
Both paths lead to the same kind of transformation. The right fit depends on how you do your best thinking.
Private coaching gives you fully individualized attention and pacing built entirely around your story. Group coaching offers that same depth of work alongside other women walking a similar road, with the added power of being witnessed and reflected back to by people who understand.
If you’re unsure which is right for you, you don’t have to decide alone. Reach out and we can talk through what fits where you are right now.
12. Can anyone join a group coaching program?
Our group coaching experiences are designed for women who are ready to reflect, grow, and make meaningful changes in their lives. You don’t need to be in a particular relationship, career, or stage of life, what matters most is your willingness to show up honestly, participate in the process, and give yourself permission to explore what you want next..
13. How are coaching sessions delivered?
Coaching is delivered virtually, allowing you to participate from wherever you are. The length and frequency of sessions depend on the specific coaching experience you choose. You’ll receive all of the details you need before your first session.
14. How much does coaching cost?
Investment varies depending on the coaching experience you choose; private coaching, group coaching, and any special enrollment offerings are each priced differently. Full pricing details are shared during enrollment so you have everything you need to make a confident decision.
15. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payment options vary depending on the coaching experience you choose. Available payment options and payment plans will be clearly outlined during enrollment.
16. Is what I share in coaching confidential?
Yes. What you share in our sessions stays between us. This is your space to think and speak honestly, without worrying about who else might hear it.
17. How do I get started?
Start by exploring the coaching experience that feels most aligned with where you are right now. If you’re unsure which option is right for you, you don’t have to figure that out alone, start with a conversation by booking your discovery call. We can talk about what you’re navigating, what you’re hoping to change, and whether B.E.E. Transformed is the right fit for you.
From there, you’ll receive everything you need to know before your first session; no guesswork, no pressure to decide on the spot.
18. What is your refund policy?
Because coaching involves reserving time and space specifically for you, refund policies vary by offering. Please review the terms and conditions for your specific program before completing your purchase.
19. What does B.E.E. stand for?
B.E.E. stands for:
Bold. Empowered. Evolving.
It represents the heart of our work: helping women move through change with courage, reconnect with their power, and give themselves permission to evolve.
You don’t have to have everything figured out to move forward. You just have to be willing to begin.
